Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

Step #1

All products are checked prior to shipping for defects but some problems do slip through and for this we apologize.

Step #2

Email us with the defect noted with in 30 days of receiving the item.

Step #3

Return the defective product to us and we will replace it at no charge or issue a credit or refund less the shipping as long as the defect is our fault.  (Items broken in shipment are not our responsibility and this matter needs to be addressed with your local postmaster.) 

SPECIAL NOTE to items broken in shipment.

We will however replace the item one time at no charge as long as the broken product is returned so we can make the claim with the postmaster on the shipping end. The shipping cost of the free replacement is the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

All refunds are made using Pay Pal. This allows us to track and confirm them.
